The proposed amendment to Article II, Section 1 of the bylaws would expand the field of membership to include the following zip codes in Hillsborough County, Florida: 33527, 33547, 33563, 33565, 33569, 33573, 33578, 33584, 33592, 33596, 33598, up to a maximum of 400 new members each calendar year.
