The proposed field of membership expansion would include: the employees and customers of Brightway Insurance, Inc., headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, with per annum new membership from this specific group not to exceed 3% of VyStar's current membership as of January 1 of each successive year and ALL active Duty and Reserve military personnel, civilian employees, veterans, and retirees or annuitants of all branches of the armed forces, including Navy, Army, Marine Corps, Air Force, Space Force, Coast Guard, National Guard, and U.S. Public Health Service commissioned Corps, and members of their immediate families, with a per annum new membership from this group not to exceed 10% of VyStar's current membership as of January 1 of each successive year to our field of membership.
